We are thrilled to share some wonderful news: our project has been chosen as one of five initiatives to receive the UNHCR Inclusive Community Grant! This opportunity marks the beginning of an exciting journey to foster integration and understanding between Nicaraguan migrants and Costa Rican nationals in the vibrant community of Jomuza, near the Nicaraguan border.
At the heart of our project is the goal of building a strong sense of community through creativity and collaboration. We aim to bring together women from both backgrounds, encouraging them to share their stories and experiences through the art of handcrafted soap making. This project will not only teach valuable skills but also serve as a powerful medium for expression and connection.
